6. Can you manage multiple tasks while speaking with members and updating records accurately?
7. Can you guide members in navigating the platform and CF app?
8. Can you find creative ways to handle client consultations and support requests?

About the Role

1. Conduct consultation and support
2. Provide Troubleshooting Guide (in navigating our platform and CF app)
3. Takes care of customer’s concerns and escalations when necessary.
4. Handle sales calls.
5. Appointment setter for the company’s other services

Qualifications

1. Work Experience
   1. Have 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support, including positive phone demeanor.
2. Clear Communication
   1. You must speak and write English very well. 
   2. You must be able to explain internal processes clearly and professionally.
3. Customer-Focused Mindset
   1. Show empathy and professionalism during client interactions, including delays or concerns.
4. Computer Skills
   1. Use internal tools confidently, including the Admin Panel, Zoho Voice, and Google Sheets.
5. Proactive Problem-Solving
   1. Anticipate issues and take initiative to resolve them quickly and effectively.
6. Team Collaboration
   1. Manage responsibilities independently and contribute process improvements.
7. Reliability and Initiative
