Roles/Responsibilities

• Responsible in doing pre-qualification call to customers via phone
• Responsible for contacting leads over the telephone to generate appointments
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality in dealing with customer data. Handles customer escalations and difficult customer calls when needed
• Utilizes good interpersonal skills, such as listening, clarifying, confirming, and tact and diplomacy with customers, consultants, technical staff and management
• Handle issues and concerns ranging from general questions, payment schedules, payment transactions
• May review tickets for potential issues to escalate to different group as needed
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
• Participates and contributes to the development of programs offered to clients, prospects and company employees

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in customer service or appointment setting (preferred)
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Excellent customer service skills, including positive phone demeanor
• Communicates issues with the facts making reasonable suggestions and potential resolutions
• You must be using a desktop computer
• You must have a high-quality headset
• Fast, reliable internet connection with speed at least 25Mbps (fiber connection)
• Hardworking, flexible to changes and has a sense of urgency .

• Quiet and undisturbed room to work

Salary/Benefits

Salary: Php25,000.00 – Php100,000.00 per month
