About the Role:
- You will play a crucial role in sourcing and placing top talent for various positions within our organization.
- You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to coordinating interviews and making job offers.
- Your goal will be to ensure we attract and hire the best candidates who align with our company’s needs and culture.
Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Candidate Screening:
Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates across different timezones and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Job Advertising:
Create and post compelling job descriptions and advertisements that accurately reflect the role and attract top talent.
Applicant Tracking:
Manage a Recruitment tracker to keep track of candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
Offer Negotiation:
Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms in consultation with a company’s management.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates and feedback.
Reporting
Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source of hire, to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: 1-2 years experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and hiring managers seamlessly.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail in screening resumes.
- Networking Skills: Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with job boards and platforms and recruitment tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to work remotely and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with flexibility and someone who can take initiatives and can be independent with their responsibilities.
- Cultural Fit: Understanding of and alignment with the company’s values and culture to ensure the best candidate fit.
