Full Time- contractor, Remote

Rate : $4-$6 per hour

Can you carefully help resolve technical issues of our remote staff? 

  1. Do you have at least 2–3 years of experience providing technical support with many people using different versions of Windows on their own separate hardware and troubleshooting over phone/chat? 
  2. Are you excellent with computer equipment, phone systems, and third-party applications?
  3. Can you manage and optimize omnichannel communication systems? 
  4. Are you able to work the early morning shift (4 AM – 2 PM IST) to ensure business continuity?
  5. Are you a master about troubleshooting problems with people’s operating systems? If someone in a different country with a weird version of the operating system has a problem with the audio can you resolve it within 3 minutes?
  6. Is your Spoken English and GRAMMAR EXTREMELY GOOD?

About the Role: 

  1. As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary aim is to ensure seamless business continuity by providing rapid technical resolution for workforce tools. 
  2. You will be the frontline assistance for
    1. troubleshooting hardware and software issues
    2. managing company telephony systems
  3. Audit system compliance to maintain TLI’s high operational standards.

Qualifications:

Relevant Experience

  1. Technical Support Experience: 

2–3 years of experience in remote technical support in supporting people’s windows and windows OS, IT troubleshooting, or a similar workforce operations role. 

  1. System Proficiency: 

Confident use of any VoIP system and Google Workspace.

  1. Attention to Detail: 

High accuracy in conducting system audits and maintaining detailed technical documentation. 

  1. Clear Communication: 

Excellent verbal and written English for training staff and explaining technical resolutions. 

  1. Availability: 

Amenable to a 48–50 hour work week starting at 4 AM IST, 6 days a week, including “on-call” availability.
