About the Role

As a Testimonials, Social Media, and Success Team Coordinator, you will support couples who met through Christian Filipina or Filipino Visa. Your goal is to discover, guide, support, and motivate them as they share their love stories and promote the brand. You’ll manage communication, track results, coach them in content creation, and help them feel proud and confident in their ambassador roles.

Key Responsibilities

1. Discover and onboard Happy Couples and Clients who met in Christian Filipina or have used Filipino Visa.
2. Be the main point of contact for Happy Couples and Clients.
3. Conduct regular check-ins and offer ongoing support.
4. Build warm, trusting relationships.
5. Monitor engagement, conversions, and content quality.
6. Offer actionable feedback to help partners grow.
7. Co-create engaging campaign ideas.
8. Write clear briefs and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
9. Help couples set up or grow their social platforms.
10. Provide coaching on content creation and audience engagement.
11. Keep partner records accurate and organized.
12. Gather updated testimonials and success stories.
13. Implement reward systems and manage partner grants.
14. Ensure proper documentation and approvals.
15. Renew partnership agreements.
16. Identify opportunities for deeper collaboration.
17. Track metrics, log activities, and share updates with the Partner Program Head.
18. Create reports and suggest improvements.
19. Brainstorm new ideas for growth.
20. Follow internal procedures for ad integration, payments, and reviews.

Qualifications

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills
2. Excellent relationship-building and coaching abilities
3. Experience in partner/influencer management, content strategy, or social media support is a plus
4. Someone who is a people person and speaks with a smile
5. Familiarity with Google Suite, CRMs, and basic tracking tools
